- Name: Filip Němec
- ID/IČO: 04322070
- Contact: [email protected]
2. Data We Collect and Purpose of Processing
We collect personal data solely for the purposes of organizing tournaments, managing user profiles, and displaying leaderboards. We only store the following data in our database:
- Discord Data: Discord ID, User Name, Global Name, email address, avatar.
- Game Data (Valorant API): Game account details, current matchmaking rank, and match metadata (used to calculate statistics and leaderboard points).
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (your participation in tournaments according to the Terms) and our legitimate interest (ensuring fair play, verifying smurf accounts, and accurate leaderboard calculations). We do not collect or store your IP addresses or network logs.
3. Data Retention and Sharing
We store data for as long as your account exists on the Platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share data with necessary hosting and infrastructure providers. For transfers outside the EEA (which occur naturally through communication with Discord, Steam, or Riot Games), protection is ensured via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
4. Your Rights and Children's Privacy
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, and request data portability. You can file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). The Platform does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (see the age limit in the Terms of Service).
5. Cookies and Third-Party Services
We use only strictly necessary technical cookies to maintain user logins, which do not require prior consent under applicable laws. We utilize third-party APIs and authentication (Discord, Riot Games, Steam) that operate under their own privacy policies.
6. Language and Contact
This Privacy Policy is drafted in the Czech language, which is legally binding. The English version is provided for convenience only. Please direct your data-related requests to: [email protected].
